Born and raised in Normandy Park, Aaron attended Wake Forest University in North Carolina where he majored in communications and media studies. Following graduation, Aaron returned to the Pacific Northwest to mentor young men coaching high school athletics, and later joined a leading real estate appraisal firm. Over 20+ years, having appraised over 5,000 properties including single family homes, condominiums, vacant land, and multi-family homes, Aaron has played an active role in helping our local community grow and thrive. Currently residing in Issaquah, Aaron is a real estate investor himself and looks forward to helping you with all of your real estate needs.
Born in Bow Lake and raised in Normandy Park, Nate has had a front row seat to the development of the greater Seattle-Tacoma area over the last 40 plus years. He attended the University of Puget Sound and Washington State University where he studied finance, marketing, and Japanese. Following educational stops in Tacoma and Tokyo, Nate, his wife, and daughter, settled in Redmond, WA, where they currently reside. Nate is a real estate owner and investor who has also held a variety of technology sales positions in the local community.
